Each of the plurality of heating pads comprises a heating element configured to convert electrical energy to thermal energy and a padding layer coupled between the heating element and the exterior bottom layer. The heated cover also includes a rechargeable electrical storage device coupled to the plurality of heating pads. The rechargeable electrical storage device is configured to provide electrical energy to the plurality of heating pads.</p>
