Method of computerizing an administrative procedure comprising the following steps: - allocating an identifier to the procedure in a procedure database, - creating at least one digital form associated with the procedure via the identifier of the procedure, the form comprising at least one form identifier, - defining at least one control comprising: - a unique control identifier for the procedure, - association of the at least one control with the form-defining of at least one data stream associated with the procedure, the data stream comprising at least one identifier of a previously defined control and a recipient identifier, - defining a send rule associated with the procedure, the triggering of which send rule is equivalent to the sending of a message to a recipient and comprising: - a triggering condition, - an identifier of a previously defined stream, - publication of the procedure, - instantiation of the procedure for a user identified by a user identifier, the instantiation being the recording in a database of instances of n-tuples comprising at least the following data: -user identifier, -procedure identifier -controller identifier -value.
