PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliability in connection between a lead wire for supplying the power to a light-emitting element and a base plate.SOLUTION: A straight tube LED lamp 1 includes: an LED element 120; a first main plane and a second main plane facing each other; a base plate 110 formed with a through hole 140; a power supply pin 320 positioned at the first main plane side; and a lead wire 50 for supplying the power to the LED element 120, one end of which is connected to the power supply pin 320 and the other end is connected to a connection point of the first main plane. The lead wire 50 is laid from the power supply pin 320 up to the connection point through the first main plane, the second main plane and the through hole 140 in this order.
