PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding die that has a simple structure and can effectively cool a molded product in a cavity.SOLUTION: A movable mold 4 includes a movable mold body 5 and a gear piece 6 that is relatively movably mounted to the movable mold body 5 and has a cavity forming space 14 for forming a cavity 16. In the gear piece 6, a piece side coolant passage 28 is composed of an annular passage 30 that surrounds the cavity forming space 14, a piece side supply passage 31 that introduces a coolant into the annular passage 30, and a piece side discharge passage 32 that discharges the coolant from the annular passage 30. The piece side coolant passage 28 is connected to a movable mold body side supply passage 34 and a movable mold body side discharge passage 35 of the movable mold body 5, and the coolant flows through the inside of the piece side coolant passage 28 by a negative pressure generated by a coolant circulating device 36, whereby the inside of the cavity 16 can be effectively cooled. |
