PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm management apparatus and a farm management system capable of controlling photovoltaic power generation panels in association with plant cultivation.SOLUTION: A farm management apparatus 50 includes: photovoltaic power generation panels 11 which are disposed above plants 1; and a posture changing unit 12 that changes the posture of the photovoltaic power generation panel 11. The farm management apparatus 50 includes: an illuminance data storage 9 storing data of reference illuminance corresponding to optical saturation point necessary for growing of the plants 1; and a control unit 5 that controls the posture changing unit 12 to change the posture of the photovoltaic power generation panel 11 based on the data of the reference illuminance. |
