PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder type vibration control device with a novel structure capable of making an outer cylinder member of synthetic resin while sufficiently securing detachment resistance from a mounting hole of the outer cylinder member.SOLUTION: In a cylinder type vibration control device 10, an inner shaft member 12 and an outer cylinder member 14 are coupled to each other by a body rubber elastic body 16. The outer cylinder member 14 is made of synthetic resin. A locking part 22 having a locking protrusion 26 on an outer periphery, and a stopper support part 24 for supporting a base end portion of stopper rubber 30 projecting outward in an axial direction are integrally provided at one axial end of the outer cylinder member 14. The locking part 22 is positioned on an outer peripheral side of the stopper support part 24 across a recess 20 opened outward in the axial direction of the outer cylinder member 14. The stopper rubber 30 is expanded toward an outer periphery together with compression deformation in the axial direction, and comes into contact with an inner periphery of the locking part 22, so as to limit deformation toward the inner periphery of the locking part 22. |
