<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device which allows a user who has forgotten carrying an electronic key to enter a residence space, without degrading crime prevention effect.SOLUTION: A first communication part 210 is connected to a mobile phone 100 of a user. A second communication part 220 inputs locking information that represents a locking/unlocking state of a door from a locking part 500. A third communication part 230 inputs press-down information which represents that a call button 401 of a door phone 400 has been pressed through a door phone monitor 300. A control part 240 outputs a first control signal, to the mobile phone 100, that requests a response from the mobile terminal 100 through the first communication part 210 before a predetermined time period passes since a door is determined to have been locked by using the locking information. The control part 240, in a case where a response signal to the first control signal is obtained within a predetermined period and the press-down information is inputted from the door phone monitor 300, outputs an unlocking command to the locking part 500.</p> |
