<p>The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for parking a truck on the shoulder of a road to prevent a fatal accident caused by a head-on collision between a motorcycle or a vehicle and a truck parked on the shoulder of a road. The safety apparatus for parking a truck on the shoulder of a road comprises: a bumper mounted at the bottom of a loading box of a truck to be moved back and forth; and a cylinder which is hydraulically or manually operated to make the bumper move back and forth. Therefore, the safety apparatus for parking a truck on the shoulder of a road prevents a colliding vehicle from being jammed in a space under the loading box of the truck and effectively absorbs impacts when a low-height vehicle such as a motorcycle or a sedan collides with the rear bottom of the truck while the truck is travelling, thereby safely protecting passengers in the vehicle. In addition to this, the safety apparatus for parking a truck on the shoulder of a road prevents a fatal accident caused by a head-on collision between a motorcycle or a sedan driving straight and the rear end of the truck when the truck is parked on the shoulder of a road.</p> |
