<p>The present invention relates to a system for predicting and preventing an ignition in a pulverizer which includes an operation sound measuring unit, installed to measure an operation sound generated to pulverize powdered coal, and a server, which analyzes the frequency of the operation sound of the pulverizer measured in the operation sound measuring unit and which determines the possibility of ignition by comparing the analyzed frequency of the operation sound of the pulverizer with a preset frequency. By the system for predicting and preventing ignition in the pulverizer, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the possibility of ignition in the pulverizer is easily and accurately predicted by analyzing the frequency of the operation sound generated in the operation of the pulverizer.</p> |
