The present invention relates to a gap water permeable block using a non-sintered inorganic binder and a manufacturing method thereof. The cap water permeable block comprises: a base layer having one to four through holes for each side surface among at least two or more side surfaces; and a surface layer installed on the upper surface of the base layer. The base layer includes: a non-sintered inorganic binder; borosilicate frit; enzyme-treated inorganic fiber; celite; amorphous silica; aggregates; wollasonite aggregates; and vermiculite. The surface layer includes: the non-sintered inorganic binder; the borosilicate frit; the enzyme-treated inorganic fiber; celite; amorphous silica; aggregates; wollasonite aggregates; and the vermiculite. Therefore, the gap water permeable block has excellent permeability and prevents standing water such as rainwater due to gap permeable passages, and the water permeable block is capable of storing a substantial amount of water. |
