PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a film packaging bag in which contents such as foods or beverages are fully filled, without damaging sealability as a bag product.SOLUTION: A vertical filling and packaging machine 1 manufactures a film packaging bag 10 in which contents are filled, by use of a tube-like film 2 which is flatly pressurized and of which inside surfaces are closely stuck to each other. This machine includes: a bag-making seal mechanism 7 that thermally seals the film 2 except a portion of the film 2 through which a nozzle 6 passes thereby forming a bag-like portion in the film 2; a vertical seal mechanism 8 that is disposed below the bag-making seal mechanism 7 and above a lower end 6a of the nozzle and that thermally seals one side edge provided with an opening along a longer direction of the film 2 thereby closing the opening; and a blocking seal mechanism 9 that is disposed below the lower end 6a of the nozzle and that thermally seals the portion through which the nozzle 6 passes of a lateral sealed part 2c, which was formed in a lateral direction of the film 2 by the bag-making seal mechanism 7, thereby blocking the portion through which the nozzle 6 passes. |
