PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher having an outer blade for which maintenance can be easily performed, and an absorber manufacturing apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A casing 7 includes: a case body 9; a turning covering part 16 mounted on the case body 9 and covering an outer circumferential surface of a crushing blade 5b in a range from an inlet port 7a along a rotation direction of the crushing blade 5b to an outlet port 7b; and a turning outer blade 17 provided on an inside surface of the turning covering part 16, and crushing pulp sheets P between the outer circumferential surface of the crushing blade 5b and itself. The turning covering part 16 is turnably mounted on the case body 9, between a covering position for covering up the outer circumferential surface of the crushing blade 5b and an opening position for opening the crushing blade 5b and the turning outer blade 17 to the outside of the casing 7. |
