PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module and a lighting fixture, having high reliability.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a light-emitting device is provided which is equipped with a light-emitting part including a first light-emitting panel, a first metal plate, and a second metal plate. The first light-emitting panel includes: a first electrode film including a first portion and a second portion separated from the first portion; a second electrode film which is separated from the first electrode film in a second direction intersecting with a first direction directed to the second portion from the first portion; and a first organic layer including a first light-emitting layer provided between the first electrode film and the second electrode film. The first metal plate includes a first region overlapped on the first portion and a second region overlapped on the first light-emitting panel, and is electrically connected to the first electrode film. The second metal plate includes a third region overlapped on the second portion and a fourth region overlapped on the first light-emitting panel. The second metal plate is electrically connected to the second electrode film and separated from the first metal plate.
