<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine which can avoid loss of sales opportunities as much as possible.SOLUTION: A vending machine 10 comprises a hot water tank 14 having a heater 52 for heating hot water that is stored and can prepare and sell beverage by using hot water provided by the hot water tank 14. It comprises a control device 40 which performs control so as to maintain an accepting state to accept a money depositing operation and a beverage selection operation when either the hot water temperature inside the hot water tank 14 is a vendible temperature or higher or is lower than the vendible temperature. Upon accepting a money depositing operation and a beverage selection operation, the control device 40 begins a vending operation in a case where the hot water temperature in the hot water tank 14 is the vendible temperature or higher, while it executes a hot water supply operation from the hot water tank 14 after the hot water temperature in the hot water tank 14 is made the vendible temperature or higher by the heater 52 in a case where the hot water temperature in the hot water tank 14 is lower than the vendible temperature.</p> |
