<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device which executes selectively a mode of simple ring binding comprising boring punch holes preliminarily and penetrating a binding member through the punch holes and a mold of direct binding without boring punch holes, in binding a sheet bundle, and thus can form various booklets easily by the same binding processing device.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device includes a conveyance part for carrying sheets, a punch boring part which bores punch holes in sheets carried by the conveyance part, a stack part which accumulates the sheets bored in the punch boring part as a bundle, and a binding processing part which binds the sheet bundle accumulated in the stack part and is provided with control means of executing a ring binding mode of penetrating a binding member through the punch holes in the binding part, after boring of the punch holes in sheets by the punch boring part, and a direct binding mode of binding the sheets directly, without boring of punch holes, into a sheet bundle.</p> |
