<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of reducing intrusion of foreign matter adhering to a rotating shaft to raceway surfaces between inner and outer rings during press fitting to the rotating shaft and after completion of press fitting.SOLUTION: The rolling bearing includes an inner ring 2 fitted to a rotating shaft 81, an outer ring 3 arranged on an outside diameter side of the inner ring 2, and a ball 4 rolling on raceway surfaces 2a and 3a between the inner and the outer rings. The inner ring 2 has an annular cutout part 21 cut in an axial direction and a radial direction in an inner peripheral edge of one end surface 22 in the axial direction, an annular peripheral groove 21a recessed to the radial direction is formed in the cutout part 21, and oil adhering to an outer periphery of the rotating shaft 81 is stored in the peripheral groove 21a when a rolling bearing 1 is press fitted to the rotating shaft 81 from one side in the axial direction.</p> |
