<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold which can make uniform lengths of a #1-pipe, a #2-pipe, a #3-pipe and a #4-pipe even when the manifold is formed of sheet metals.SOLUTION: In an exhaust manifold 1, as regards a #1-pipe 1a and a #2-pipe 1b which are adjacent to each other, since sheet metals 7, 8 forming the #2-pipe 1b are formed separately from sheet metals 5, 6 forming the #1-pipe 1a, a degree of freedom for three-dimensionally bending the #2-pipe 1b is increased. Furthermore, as regards a #3-pipe 1c and a #4-pipe 1d which are adjacent to each other, since sheet metals 9, 10 forming the #3-pipe 1c are formed separately from the sheet metals 5, 6 forming the #4-pipe 1d, a degree of freedom for three-dimensionally bending the #3-pipe 1c is increased. Accordingly, in order to make lengths of exhaust flow directions of the #1-pipe 1a, the #2-pipe 1b, the #3-pipe 1c and the #4-pipe 1d equal to one another, a length of the #2-pipe 1b can be three-dimensionally bent so as to conform to a length of the #1-pipe 1a, and a length of the #3-pipe 1c can be three-dimensionally bent so as to conform to a length of the #4-pipe 1d.</p> |
