<p>[Problem] To provide, in an optical reflecting film, a means that can maintain at a high level the reflection efficiency of light having a desired wavelength while suppressing the occurrence at least one of the problems of coloration, film cracking, and haze increase in xenon light resistance testing. [Solution] Provided is an optical reflecting film, comprising a substrate and a reflecting layer which is disposed on the substrate and in which a high-refractive-index layer that comprises a first water-soluble polymer and first metal oxide particles and a low-refractive-index layer are layered alternately, wherein the first metal oxide particles are core-shell particles in which a core particle is covered by a shell layer, the core particle is a titanium oxide particle or composite oxide particle that comprises titanium oxide, and the shell layer comprises an oxide of metal or metalloid (other than titanium oxide) with a refractive index of at least 1.6.</p> |
