The present invention concerns a method (T) of shaping a curved rotor blade (1) for storage and/or transport such that an overall cross-extension (H 1 ) of the rotor blade (1) is reduced in at least one direction perpendicular to a longitudinal principal extension (L 1 ) of the rotor blade (1). The method (T) comprises the step of introducing (W) a shaping tool (3, 3', 3'') into an interior (21) of the rotor blade (1), which shaping tool (3, 3', 3'') is preferably stiffer than the rotor blade (1) at least in a direction defined by the cross-extension (H 1 ) in the at least one direction. The invention also concerns a shaping tool (3, 3', 3'') realized for that purpose. |
