Disclosed are a touch control unit, an array substrate, a liquid crystal cell substrate and a touch control display device. The touch control unit comprises a plurality of touch control subunits. Each touch control subunit comprises a touch control thin-film transistor (TFT), a sensing capacitor, a reading sensing line and a storage capacitor. The capacitance of the storage capacitor is smaller than that of the sensing capacitor. A storage capacitor is added to stabilize the voltage of a touch control TFT, thereby reducing the interference of noise with the voltage of the touch control TFT, and effectively improving the signal stability of the touch control unit.
