<p>The present invention relates to a laminate and a device manufactured by using the same. The laminate comprises a polyimide-based resin between a carrier substrate and a flexible substrate, and a debonding layer which can be separated from the flexible substrate by physical force. Accordingly, a device having the flexible substrate such as a flexible display device can be easily manufactured by easily separating the flexible substrate from the carrier substrate without proceeding laser irradiation or light irradiation processes. Also, degradation of reliability of a device or formation of failure caused by laser or light irradiation can be inhibited so that the device having improved and highly reliable device properties can be manufactured.</p> |
