PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in detection accuracy when a feature point area is detected from an image even with effect of external light.SOLUTION: An image processor 300 obtains each luminance value of a first pixel and plural pixels positioned away from the first pixel by one or more pixels included in an image, making the first pixel scan in the image. The image processor 300 detects a feature point in the image on the basis of each luminance value of the first pixel and the plural pixels obtained with scanning. |
