<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering machine which can enhance usage efficiency of a scattered liquid fuel and reduce the amount of the liquid fuel remaining on the surface of a cake when adjusting the maximum reaching temperature and high temperature holding time during sintering by using the liquid fuel, and to provide a method for producing sintered ore. <P>SOLUTION: The sintering machine including a pallet 8 circularly moved, a raw material supplying device forming a charging layer 9 formed by charging a sintering raw material containing powder ore and a charcoal material on the pallet 8, an ignition furnace igniting the charcoal material in the sintering raw material on the pallet and a wind box 11 sucking air to the lower part of the pallet and burning the charcoal material in the charging layer 9 to form a sintered cake. The sintering machine includes: a liquid fuel injection device 15 disposed on the downstream side of the ignition furnace and atomizing and injecting the liquid fuel on the upper part of the charging layer 9; and a hot wind supplying device 40 supplying hot wind on the upper part of the liquid fuel injection device 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
