<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector capable of enhancing sealability. <P>SOLUTION: A waterproof connector includes: a terminal housing part 11 fitted into a hood part 51 of mating connector 50; and a seal ring 30 which is attached on the outer peripheral surface of the terminal housing part 11 and which, when fitted into the mating connector 50, is pinched between the hood part 51 and the terminal housing part 11 to seal there. The seal ring 30 is attached to the front side of a receiving part 17 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the terminal housing part 11 to the outside. On the front surface of the receiving part 17, a projection 18 put in a state biting into the end surface of the seal ring 30 when fitted into the mating connector 30 is provided which extends in the circumferential direction of the terminal housing part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
