<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risk of damaging a pipe, even if the pipe is used over a long period, by fixing the pipe in a stable state. <P>SOLUTION: A freely attachable-detachable hollow fixing member 6 is arranged on a collared hollow bolt 1, and a hollow box nut 9 is arranged on this hollow fixing member, and a fixed sidewall 2 inclined in the inside lower direction of the hollow bolt from the upper end, is arranged in an upper end part of this collared hollow bolt.
