<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, etc. capable of specifying processing causing delay. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor acquires a request time of request data and a response time of response data by a control section. The information processor counts the number of other request data having the request time by the control section during a period from the request time of one request data to a response time of the response data corresponding to the one request data. When the count value exceeds a first threshold, the information processor calculates a first time calculated on the basis of the request time of a plurality of request data and a second time calculated on the basis of the response time of a plurality of response data by the control section.
