<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device that is capable of controlling a current limit accurately in order to have a secondary battery exhibit its performance efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A battery control device, which controls currents flowing to a battery pack obtained by connecting a plurality of single batteries to each other, includes: a current sensor that detects charging/discharging currents flowing to the battery pack; and a battery controller.
