<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a density from changing to an extent that it can be visually recognized by a man in an image formed by scanning with laser light corrected in light quantity using an analog signal output from a DA converter. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a photosensitive element, a light source part scanning a surface of the photosensitive element with the laser light, an image forming part forming the image on a recording medium using a latent image formed on the photosensitive element, a correction value output part outputting a correction value of the light quantity of the laser light, a DA converter having a PDM (Product Data Management) signal output part outputting a pulse density modulation signal including pulses of the number according to the correction value per part cycle which is a cycle shorter than a cycle corresponding to a maximum spatial frequency that a man is able to visually recognize and a low pass filter outputting an analog signal that a high frequency component of the pulse density modulation signal is cut, and a laser control part radiating the laser light according to image data and adjusting the light quantity of the laser light according to the analog signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
