A discharge device 10 including: a conduit 20 defining a closed channel for flow; a valve housing 50 in fluid communication with the conduit 20 wherein the valve housing 50 contains a sealing member 130 slideably engaged within the valve housing 50; an actuating lever 30 connected about a fulcrum 40, the fulcrum 40 connected to the conduit 20, the actuating lever 30 operably engaged with the sealing member 130; and a resilient member 120 operably engaged with the actuating lever 30 and biasing the actuating lever 30 to maintain the sealing member 130 to be in a closed position.
