The present invention relates to a battery pack having an electric insulating member. The battery pack includes flat battery cells which have an anode terminal and a cathode terminal in one side including a sealing residue part, and are arranged on a plane to arrange electrode terminals in a direction; a pack frame which includes two or more battery cell receiving parts which surround the outer surface of the battery cell while the upper and the lower surface of the flat battery cells arranged on the plane are open; a PCM which is electrically connected to the electrode terminals arranged in one direction of the battery cells and controls the operation of the battery pack; a middle mold which receives the PCM and is mounted on the sealing residue part; an electrical insulating member which is applied onto a space formed by the sealing residue part and pack frame and the middle mold, the PCM to integrate the middle mold and the PCM with the pack frame; and a lebel which covers the battery cells, the pack frame, and the electric insulating member. |
