The present invention relates to a vacuum forming method to die-cast dies and, more specifically, relates to a vacuum forming method to die-cast die capable of efficiently discharging a gas in a cavity, especially during an injection of molten metal into a cavity which is a space to shape a metal product. According to the present invention of a vacuum forming method to die-cast die, a vacuum suction of a gas in a cavity is performed beforehand as the gas within a sealed space is be vacuum sucked and exhausted to the outside; the entrance of a gas into a sealed cavity may effectively be prevented when performing vacuum suction of a gas inside a cavity; and the burden of a vacuum tank of a cavity for vacuum suction of a gas in a cavity is reduced; thereby a gas in a cavity can efficiently be discharged even if a vacuum tank with relatively small capacity is used as a vacuum tank for the cavity. |
