The present invention relates to a method for treating food waste. More specifically, the method comprises: crushing collected food waste, dehydrating the food waste in which foreign substances are separated and processed, processing dehydrated cake for composting, methane fermentation, alcoholic fermentation or feed, reacting wastewater which is dewatering filtrate with lime and fly ash, injecting pre-dry distilled fiber powder into an insoluble material converted by adding a water-soluble organic matter, a liquid organic matter, and salt in water, mixing the pre-dry distilled fiber powder and the insoluble material, removing a solid matter by coagulating and precipitating the mixture, and treating the food waste by aerobic biological treatment. |
