The present invention provides: a fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL 1) having an amino acid sequence described in sequence number 1 which is a biomarker for predicting liver damage caused by radiation exposure; a pharmaceutical composition for predicting liver damage in order to detect the biomarker; a kit comprising the composition; and a method for detecting the biomarker in order to provide information required for predicting liver damage caused by radiation exposure.
