<p>The present invention relates to a simulator for a flame scanner comprising: a light emitting part to emit light at the same brightness and frequency as that of a flame generated in a boiler within certain error range; a controlling part to execute at least one of the determination on sensibility and the extent of aging of the flame scanner and an optical cable connected to the flame scanner, and the estimation of residual life, depending on the level of difference by comparing measured values of brightness and frequency of a light source emitted from the light emitting part with setting values of frequency using a frequency generating part to operate the light emitting part at designated frequency, a bright setting part to operate the light emitting part at designated bright, and the flame scanner, which is the target of the test; and a display part to display at least one of the determined sensibility, the extent of aging, and the estimated residual life.</p> |
