<p>With regard to a liquid coffee extract using ground coffee beans, disclosed is a liquid coffee composition which more enriches the taste and flavor of coffee and also has enhanced preservability by maximizing an antioxidative function. The present invention provides a liquid coffee composition including 0.01-10 parts by weight of Dendropanax morbifera LEV. with respect to 100 parts by weight of liquid coffee extracted by allowing desalted lava seawater to permeate through roasted coffee bean powder.</p> |
