<p>The present invention relates to a smart brake override system preventing an accident of a vehicle and a driver. One or more relays (170, 180) are arranged between an ECU (120) and an ETS (90), and an idle signal unit (160) is connected with the relay (170). The relay (170) is signal-connected with a vacuum switch (61), the relay (180), the idle signal unit (160), and the ETS (90). The relay (180) is signal-connected with the relay (170), the ECU (120), a brake pedal switch (151), and the ETS (90). When a signal of the vacuum switch (61) and the signal of the brake pedal switch (151) are simultaneously inputted, the relay (180) blocks the signal transmitted from the ECU (120) to the ETS (90), and the idle signal unit (160) is simultaneously signal-connected to the ETS (90) through the relay (170).</p> |
