<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string-like object detecting device capable of detecting an object that exists in a doorway as a string-like object when the string-like object exists in the doorway of an elevator. <P>SOLUTION: The string-like object detecting device includes a door sensor 1 of multibeam type, a sensor detection history analysis means 9, and a string-like object detecting means 10. The door sensor 1, in which a plurality of detection light beams are disposed in the doorway of the elevator, outputs an ON signal when the detection light beam is intercepted, and an OFF signal when the detection light beam is not intercepted. The sensor detection history analysis means 9 detects a duration time of the ON signal output from the door sensor 1. The string-like object detecting means 10 determines whether or not the string-like object exists in the doorway according to the duration time of the ON signal detected by the sensor detection history analysis means 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
