The present invention relates to an optical film having inverse wavelength dispersion properties, and a polarizing plate and a display device that comprise the same. The optical film having inverse wavelength dispersion properties includes polyurethane-based resin which is made by polymerizing a fluorine-based monomer having two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule and a diisocyanate-based monomer and meets the following Formulas (1) and (2). Formula (1): 0.5 <= Rin(450)/Rin(550) <= 1.0 Formula (2): 1.0 < Rin(650)/Rin(550) <= 1.5 In the Formulas (1) and (2), Rin(450), Rin(550) and Rin(650) are surface direction phase difference values of a film measured in respective wavelengths of 450nm, 550nm and 650nm. |
