A battery pack of the present invention comprises: a pouch; an electrode assembly disposed inside the pouch; a sealing unit electrically connected to the electrode assembly, in which a first area corresponding to an electrode lead extended from a sealing unit of the pouch has a first thickness, and a second area adjacent to the electrode lead has a second thickness which is thinner than the first thickness; and a protection circuit module including a substrate, a temperature control unit, and a connection tab. The substrate has a first surface attached to the first area, and the first surface of the substrate is placed apart from the second area. The connection tab connects the temperature control unit to the substrate, and the first surface of the temperature control unit is to be contacted to the second area of the sealing unit. |
