Provided is a manufacturing method of a printing plate with a micropattern for a flat panel display, capable of forming an intaglio pattern on a glass substrate with high accuracy. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a printing plate with a micropattern used in a process of manufacturing a flat panel display by a printing method. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a printing plate with a micropattern for a flat panel display comprises the step of: depositing a buffer layer on the whole surface of a substrate; depositing a mask layer on the buffer layer; forming a photoresist pattern on the mask layer; patterning the mask layer by using the photoresist pattern as a mask; and patterning part of the depth of the buffer layer and the surface of the substrate by using the mask layer as a mask. |
