<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trolley suitable for emergency equipment transporting, which easily switches from an on-road traveling state to a track traveling state, or from the track traveling state to the on-road traveling state anywhere, for example, in a large or small place. <P>SOLUTION: In the equipment transporting trolley, pairs of front and back track traveling wheels 2, 2, 2', 2' receive and support a loading space 1.
