<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel foam injector that easily injects foam with foam quality in accordance with the purpose, without changing the design of the injector. <P>SOLUTION: The foam injector includes: a nozzle head 2 having a cylindrical body part 2b suspended from a nozzle 2a and a mesh 5b interposed in an internal passage 21; a mesh holder 6 having a fixed part 6a fixed to the cylindrical body part 2b and a cylindrical body part 6b, and a mesh 5b interposed in an internal passage 22; and a pipe connector 7 having an outer cylinder part 7a surrounding the cylindrical body part 6b, and an inner cylinder part 7b rotatably held on the inside of the cylinder body part 6b and communicating with a pipe P on the inside thereof. An inner peripheral face 22f of the cylindrical body part 6b and an outer peripheral face 7f of the inner cylinder part 7b are sliding faces slidable along an axis O direction. A plurality of groove parts 6g forming an opening part Ag on an upper end 7e of the inner cylinder part 7b are formed on the inner peripheral face 22f. Screwing parts 6s, 7s are formed on the cylindrical body part 6b and the outer cylinder part 7a, respectively, for moving backward and forward the cylindrical body part 6b and the outer cylinder part 7a in the axis O direction by mutually rotating around the axis O. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
