Provided by the present invention are a method to manufacture a separator for a lithium secondary battery, the separator manufactured by the method, and the lithium secondary battery including the same. The method to manufacture the separator for the lithium secondary battery includes: an electric charging step (S1) of forming polymer particles charged with electricity by charging the polymer particles; a transferring step (S2) of forming an electrode adhesion layer by transferring the electrically charged polymer particles to at least one side of a porous polymer substrate and forming a formation area of the electrode adhesion layer to occupy 1-30 % of the whole area of the porous polymer substrate; and an adhesion step (S3) of fixating the electrode adhesion layer with heat and a pressure. The manufacturing method of the separator for the lithium secondary battery introduces the electrode adhesion layer using not a slurry coating which includes a solvent but static electricity. The manufacturing method: does not need a solvent by coating with polymer particles in a laser printing method; generates a cost reduction effect without a burden for a treatment and a storage by the aforementioned; is able to rapidly manufacture the separator for the lithium secondary battery since a solvent drying step is unnecessary; and thereby is able to prevent a resistance increase of the lithium secondary battery by coating not the whole area of the electrode adhesion layer but a partial area. |
