<p>Modular gripper system (1) for a vehicle body work part (PC), of the type comprising at least one structural beam (2), an anchor means (3) for anchoring to a handling robot mounted fixedly on the beam or beams, several griping tools (41; 43) designed to grip the body work part, and several support means (5; 6) for supporting the gripping tools, each one comprising: - a base mounted so that it can be slideably adjusted on the beam and adjusted in rotation about the beam; - a slide mounted so that it can be slideably adjusted with respect to the base; and - a tool holder mounted so that it can be adjusted in rotation on the slide and which holds the relevant gripping tool. The present invention finds an application in the field of lines for pressing and attaching fittings to sheet metal body work parts.</p> |
