An organic light emitting diode display includes: a substrate main body (111) having a plurality of pixel regions (PE), each including an opaque region and a transparent region (TW); and organic light emitting diodes (70), thin film transistors (10, 20), and conductive lines (151, 171, 172) that are formed in the opaque region of the substrate main body (111). The transparent region (TW) includes a transparent square space (RS) that has an area that is at least 15% of the entire area of the pixel region (PE).
