Disclosed are a learning management method using an online learning mission, and a learning management server used therein. The present invention is realized through a process in which the learning management server receives a learning mission challenge message from a learner terminal, evaluates whether the learning mission is achieved based on learning information of a learner, and executes compensation for the achieved learning mission. According to the present invention, high learning performance can be exhibited through online courses since learners using the online courses can have positive learning motivation. |
