<p>The present invention relates to apparatus for synchronizing time of power control system and to a method thereof. The present invention comprises the following: a time initializing unit that sets the time when a message transmitted from a control center is received as a standard time of the remote place facilities; a transmission delay computing unit that computes transmission delay time between the control center and the remote place facilities by using a source output enable (SoE) frame that the control center receives from the remote place facilities; and a time synchronization unit that synchronizes the time of the remote place facilities based on the computed transmission delay time.</p> |
