<p>The present invention relates to a tap changing transformer for out operation and method for fault diagnosis using the same comprising: a power supply, adjusting part installed to an enclosure of the transformer to adjust the power supply of the transformer; and a tap adjusting part installed to an enclosure of the transformer to change the connection of ground side of a primary coil or adjust voltage, wherein the tap adjusting part includes a voltage adjusting tap to determine the supply voltage of the transformer and a checking tap to discharge the voltage deserted in the primary coil by short-circuiting a ground side terminal of the primary coil of the transformer.</p> |
