<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable raising versatility. <P>SOLUTION: A motor cylinder device has an actuator housing 75 in which an electric motor 72 is prepared. A connector 99 which is electrically connected with the electric motor 72 is arranged at a side surface side of the actuator housing 75.
