<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection cover for grinding in which dust leakage is suppressed, and a power tool provided with the dust collection cover for grinding. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the dust collection cover 10 for grinding which includes a ring-like peripheral wall 21 disposed around a grinding blade 9 rotatively driven and grinding a concrete surface C with one end facing the concrete surface C opened; an end wall 22 located at the other end side of the peripheral wall 21 and demarcating a housing space 20a for housing the grinding blade 9 together with the peripheral wall 21 and attached to a disk grinder 1 rotatively driving the grinding blade 9; and a cloth body ring 42 being a cloth body formed in a ring shape and provided at the peripheral wall 21.
